The customer has the right to three revisions during the sketching phase.

Customer has the right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (i.e., eyecolour change)

Must convert to GBP before payment.

Orders over £100 are eligible for a payment plan - discussed with the seller.

Payment taken via PAYPAL, KOFI or BANK TRANSFER (Bank Transfer for UK residents only).

The customer is required to contact the seller promptly and in a respectful manner.

Products cannot be used for commercial purposes without additional fees/prior agreement.

Seller can cancel, refund, and refuse any order at any time.

Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

DISCOUNTS Discounts are available for:

1) species and art styles I do not have much practice in. Discounted pieces come with the agreement of ARTISTIC LIBERTY and EXPERIMENTATION.

2) If you were one of my customers during my £5 “Return to Art” Headshot project. You get one 20% discount on your next piece (only redeemable once, please remind me before payment)

Note Discounts not stackable or usable on already discounted items such as Reference sheets and YCHs.

TURN AROUND TIME 1-2 Weeks depending on complexity and length of queue. Your place in the queue will be discussed upon placing an order and work will be viewable via TRELLO.

NOTE If the work takes longer than 1-2 months to complete, with no communication at all from the artist, the customer is entitled to a FULL refund. If Seller faces extenuating circumstanaces (such as sudden illness, bereavement, etc.), please allow grace. Communication will be fulfilled when possible.
